I'm European Sales Manager with 15 year experience in the IT industry, 9 of which in sales and 4 in people management and leadership roles.

On my current role I lead a European team of telco specialists in different countries and I'm responsible for sales and business development in Europe in the Telecommunication sector for the IBM Systems Middleware Unit.

Prior to that role, I have held several management and leadership positions of increasing responsibility carrying up to USD 200+ million budget.

In 2013 I have been Tivoli Sales Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) managing and leading 95 professionals including sales, pre-sales, marketing and business development and from 2011 to 2012 he was Tivoli Sales Manager for Switzerland and Austria.

Since 2015 I'm also instructor at the IBM Global Sales School coaching and tutoring young new hires mainly from Eastern Europe.
