My name is Saurabh Pandey, and I am having 7+ years of overall experience in PMO, Process Project Management, Process Control, Monitoring, Trainings, Excellence and Compliance Review and Audits.

I am a management graduate along with engineering degree in Computer/Software Science. Also, I am certified PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner and Six Sigma - Black Belt holder.

My fields of activity include using Microsoft Office Tools (Eg. MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint), Business Process Model & Notation (BPMN) to design processes, perform process designing, engineering, new process setup, guiding teams/verticals to ensure process compliance and to successfully implement improvement initiatives.

It includes dealing with internal and external stakeholders across management levels and verticals. I also provide trainings on process, product or a tool specific walkthroughs.

The nature of my degree course and work experience has prepared me for this position. Skills like stakeholder management across levels/verticals, self-motivation & effective communication are embedded in my personality.

On the other hand, practical skills like PMO, Project Status Reporting, Process Controls, Monitoring, ensuring Compliance, highlighting risks/issues has helped me to understand variety of business processes.

This in-turn has enabled me to relate with all levels of management and work effectively with a diversity of personalities in a cross-cultural global environment.

Being able to take on the responsibility for this position after serving 1 month of notice period at FedEx, and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure a success of it.
