I have recently joined MDS - Mideast Data System in Qatar, with themandate to form and develop an IBM entity in the company that currently overseas the operation of more than 7 system integrators (seven individual entitles).

Besides the internal structural changes, I am responsible for the IBM sales in the MDS organization, including driving a team of 12 Account Managers to identify, progress and close opportunities, that are based on the IBM solution offerings, whiles actively participating in the sales and customer engagement / development process.

Working as a Software Territory Leader for a named account set in Slovenia and Bosnia & Herzegovina, dealing with complex and challenging customers in a competitive environment.

In addition I have took over the coordination of all sales activates in the Slovenian hardware division of IBM, with focus on strategically positioning of different HW brands in collaboration with IBM Software brands. In this role I am also responsible for the development of the HW BPs in Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

My previous experiences have been working in IBM SW Group, General Business department with focus on solution selling and other sales oriented and driven positions, varying from internship positions to management positions, including brand management and people management or people utilization management.

I am eager to learn and committed to permanent personal development.

I find my challenges in different areas on international perspectives where I find strong motivation. Personally I believe that pressure is an addiction and a driver to a special kind of success. That is why I always take personal responsibilities for the tasks at hand in all situations, failure and success.

I am fully dedicated to my work and committed to its goals acting as a part of a team or individually.
