We are seeking Red Team Security Consultants / Penetration Testers for permanent roles in Prague, Czech Republic. Our client is an international Advisory corporation offering great opportunities and international assignments for your growth!

Lead enterprise and system focused infrastructure, network and application penetration test engagements for a wide variety of clients, including government and commercial clients across whole European Union. Work with customer across multiple market sectors in a team of 10+ security consultans.

Location: Prague, Czech Republic (projects in Czech Republic and across EU).

Contract type: Full time employment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct scenario based security testing or "red teaming" to identify gaps in detection and response capabilities of client infrastructure, networks and systems.
  • Apply security testing and penetration testing techniques and mindset to a wide range of projects.
  • Develop reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Communicate findings and strategy effectively to client stakeholders, including technical staff or executive leadership.
  • Act as the primary interface and lead for small penetration test teams ranging from 1-3 additional testers and manage the delivery of staff assignments, as needed.
  • Become part of a team of security enthusiasts that perform cutting-edge research and promote an environment of innovation and knowledge-sharing.

Role specific requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or the equivalent in experience or evidence of exceptional ability.
  • At least 2 year’s experience with secure architecture design.
  • At least 2 year’s experience with one or more of the following technologies: C, C++, PHP, Go, x86, ARM, CAN, DLP, IAM, PKI, cryptography, reverse engineering, wireless networks, common web vulnerabilities (SQLi, XSS, CSRF), exploit development.
  • Proven experience auditing code and features.
  • Knowledge of OS Windows or UNIX.
  • Strong technical, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
