Requirements

Your responsibilities:   

  • Consult and provide Technical assistance to the client;
  • Troubleshoot and Support ServiceNow based Applications and Systems;
  • Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings;
  • Implement customer requirements:
    • Application UI Configuration and Customizations;
    • Workflow Configuration and Customizations;
    • Development of integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.);
    • Customization Document Creation and Refinement;
    • Integrate with other systems;
  • Work collaboratively with Developers;
  • Work collaboratively with both Technical and Non-technical Customers;

Role specific requirements:

  • Degree from technical or economy university;
  • 3+ years of experience in technical analysis and design, preferably within a consulting environment;
  • Ability to research alternative solutions and make recommendations;
  • Ability to devise creative technical solutions;
  • Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems;
  • Ability to assimilate complex customer requirements;
  • Written and spoken English;
  • Ability to travel.
