Publish, manage, and price your IT services for success
Publishing Your Services
To successfully publish your services on SpecialistsGrid, follow these steps:

Step 1: Before you can publish a service, ensure that your Account Information is complete. This includes verifying your contact details in the Account section.
Step 2: Update your Billing Address in the dashboard by clicking on the Manage Addresses button. Ensure the information is accurate to avoid issues with payments.
Step 3: Once your account and billing information are up to date, navigate to the My Services section of your dashboard.
Step 4: Click on the Publish Service button to begin creating your service listing.
Step 5: You will be redirected to a form where you must fill in all required fields, such as the service name, price, and description. Be sure to provide detailed and clear information to attract potential clients.
Step 6: Once you have completed the form, click Save. Your service will be saved and set to Pending for Admin Approval.
Step 7: Once the admin approves your service, you will receive a notification, and your service will be automatically published and placed in the service catalog, making it visible to potential clients.
Tip: Ensure all information is accurate and up to date to avoid delays in the approval process.
Managing Your Services
Once you have a service listed on SpecialistsGrid, you can easily manage and edit it as needed. Follow these steps to manage your services:

Step 1: Navigate to the My Services section in your dashboard. Here, you will see a list of your services, including their name and current status.

Step 2: Scroll to the side of the service you wish to edit and select the action icon (represented as an image pen).

Step 3: You will be asked, "Are you sure you want to edit this product?" If you are sure, click OK.

Step 4: You will then be redirected to the Edit Product page, where you can modify the necessary details such as the service name, price, or description.

Step 5: After making the required changes, click the Save button. Your service will be saved and its status will change to Pending for Admin Approval.

Step 6: Once the admin reviews your updated service, you will be notified of the approval or disapproval. If approved, the status of your service will change to Approved, making it live in the catalog once again.
Tip: Regularly review and update your services to ensure the information is current and attractive to potential clients.
Delete Your Services
If you no longer wish to offer a service on SpecialistsGrid, you can disable or delete it by following these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the My Services section in your dashboard, where all your active services are listed.

Step 2: Select the service you want to delete by clicking on it.

Step 3: In the top-left dropdown menu, select the action Delete

Step 4: A confirmation popup will appear with the message: "Delete. Are you sure you want to delete selected products? (x record)".

Step 5: Click OK to confirm the deletion. Once you press OK, your service will be automatically deleted from the system.
Note: Deleting a service is permanent, and the service will no longer appear in the catalog or be available for clients to view.
