Update your profile, reset password or manage your account settings
Editing Your Profile
Managing your profile on SpecialistsGrid is simple and helps keep your information up to date. Here’s how you can edit your profile:

Step 1: You can edit your general profile information by navigating to the Account section in your dashboard. Here, you can update your personal details such as contact information, email, and other settings.

Step 2: If you are a vendor, you can edit your seller-specific information by going to the Vendor Profile section. This is where you manage all details related to your seller profile and vendor-specific information.

Step 3: To update your billing address, go to your dashboard and click the Manage Addresses button. Make sure your billing information is accurate to avoid any payment issues.
Tip: Regularly update your profile to ensure all details are current, which helps improve your visibility and credibility with clients.
Resetting Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

Step 1: Go to the Login page on SpecialistsGrid and click the Forgot Your Password?.

Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your SpecialistsGrid account and click the Reset My Password button.

Step 3: You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link to proceed.

Step 4: On the reset password page, create a new password. Make sure it meets the minimum security requirements, and then confirm your new password.

Step 5: Save your changes. Your password is now updated, and you can use the new one to log into your account.
Tip: Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see the password reset email in your inbox.
Changing Your Password
If you nee change your password on SpecialistsGrid, you can do so easily from your dashboard or account settings. Follow these steps:

Step 1: In your dashboard, click on the Change Password button, or go to the Account section and select the option to change your password.

Step 2: Enter your current password, followed by your new password. Make sure the new password meets the minimum requirements.

Step 3: The minimum length of your new password must be at least 8 characters. Leading and trailing spaces will be ignored, so ensure there are no unnecessary spaces.

Step 4: Once your new password is set, save your changes. Your password is now updated, and you can use it for future logins.
Tip: Use a strong password that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for better security.
Changing Your Email Address
If you need to update the email address associated with your SpecialistsGrid account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the Account section in your dashboard.

Step 2: In the Account section, check the box for Change Email. This will display additional fields where you can update your email address.

Step 3: Enter your new email address in the provided field and confirm the change by entering your current password in the password field.

Step 4: Once you've entered the new email and confirmed it with your current password, click the Save button to apply the changes.
Note: After changing your email address, you may need to verify the new email to ensure it’s active and correct.
Managing Newsletter Subscriptions
To manage your newsletter subscriptions on SpecialistsGrid, follow these steps:

Step 1: Once you log in, go to your dashboard and navigate to the Newsletter Subscriptions section.

Step 2: You can check your current subscription status. For example, it may display: "You are subscribed to General Subscription."

Step 3: If you want to change your subscription status, click on the Edit button next to the subscription you want to modify.
Tip: Keep your subscriptions updated to receive relevant news, updates, and offers from SpecialistsGrid.
Updating Contact Information
Keeping your contact information up to date is essential for smooth communication and transactions on SpecialistsGrid. Here’s how you can update your contact details:

Step 1: After logging in, navigate to the Account section in your dashboard.

Step 2: In the Account Information section, review your current details, such as your email address, phone number, and mailing address.

Step 3: To update any information, simply edit the relevant fields and ensure all required fields are filled out correctly.

Step 4: Update your billing address, go to your dashboard and click the Manage Addresses button. Enter your correct billing information and save the changes.
Tip: Always keep your contact and billing details current to avoid any communication or payment issues.
Deleting Your Account
If you wish to delete your SpecialistsGrid account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the Privacy Settings section in your dashboard.

Step 2: Choose the Delete Account widget.

Step 3: Enter your current password to confirm your identity.
-
Step 4: Click on the Agree and Submit Request button to proceed.
By clicking the ‘Agree and Submit Request‘ button, you agree that all your orders, personal data, and other information associated with your account or purchases will be permanently deleted. You will not be able to regain access to your account after we approve your deletion request.
Tip: Ensure that you have saved any necessary data before proceeding with account deletion, as this process is irreversible.
