Hi, I am an experienced IT professional and have been around the industry for many years, available across the UK on a contract basis. My key areas of experience cover both project and service management with my specialist area including service centre, service management, TUPE, ITIL, service improvement, service introduction transition and transformation. I like to be very 'hands-on'.
I am outgoing and approachable, comfortable communicating at all levels and have the experience to see the wider picture and can add value to an overall programme in addition to delivering my element of it.
I'm happy working away from home all week (my Cumbrian location largely dictates this) and am currently seeking a new challenge on a contract basis although I would consider relocation for the right position.
