Summary

  • With 25 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager, I have worked with teams that have ranged in size from 2 to 120 people with budgets from 70K to 3M Euros per year. My experience includes both strategic analysis through to delivery and help-desk support.
  • For the last 10 years, I have been working on Airbus Commercial projects in both PLM and Functional Design domains. These activities have included the migration of various versions of PTC PDMLink as well as a large Unix obsolescence project where I was responsible for the Functional Design domain.
  • In addition to project mobilization, team selection and federation, monitoring, I have also had full P&L responsibility for the budgets. I have also participated in business development and writing RFP responses.
