For more than 10 years I'd been working in the area of test management tools. Apart of the regular service tasks I had an opportunity to participate in interesting projects like transition of the HP QC support service from our competitor. The transformation concerned whole service infrastructure like the maintenance and support, operation management, training and consultancy. Except the technical part of the transition I needed to manage people which concerned hiring of new supporters, train them and manage their assignment before, during and after transition. I posses HP AIS certification for HP QC 11.x. Examples of my assignments is following:

  • Migration of new customer and their projects to our HP ALM cloud environment.
  • HP ALM trainings and demos. 
  • Handling Customer satisfaction Survey.
  • Handling of customer’s info sessions.
