Summary

I have extensive Maximo experience through Campaigns and working in the environment of a CMMS Team for a total of 5 years. This has given me a good technical understanding and working knowledge of the system, which I can operate with confidence and integrity.  Within the 2 campaigns I trained offshore leadership personnel for use of Maximo. 


SUPERUSER RIGHTS

Provide a professional Maximo service to act as Focal Point for all MDCs (Master Data Change).  Update tracking register and implement changes feeding back to originator.



Master Data Change Process examples included in the below:


•    Creation of PMs / Inactivation of PMs
•    Creation of Locations/Tags / Decommissioning of Equipment – change of status
•    Updating of Specs / Physical Location / Failure Codes etc
•    Frequency Change
•    Updates of Technical Data / PSAPs
•    Re-aligning of PM Counter
•    Priority Changes
•    Route amendments/changes
•    Job Plans amendments/updating/sequencing
•    Project work such as auditing RV (Valves) comparing Maximo with vendors registers and aligning
•    GMS Strategy Work


Provide a professional Maximo service to act as Focal Point for all Review Requires, through the closure of WONs.  Log all Review Requires and implement as appropriate, feedback to originator if MDC is required.


Review Requires includes:


•    Change to PM Description, Job Plan and Route Description 
•    Change to PM Planner Group / Work Group.
•    Change to PM Maintenance Condition for Work.
•    Change to PM Routes stop locations/tags (example update of Ex Route).
•    Change to PM Labour Hours / Craft.

Extract from Business Objects all KPI Platform Reporting and issue including Safety Criticals, Deferrals, Backlog, Overdue Etc.  Production of one off reporting it equipment structures levels etc

Educating and supporting onshore and offshore staff on Maximo on resolving issues. 

Build, improve and maintain communication and relationships with onshore and offshore staff.

Developing innovation through lessons learned.

Closure of Workpacks within Maximo, working closely with Strategy Engineers to implement equipment – location changes, maintenance requests etc.

Comply Tag Load Data worksheets from requests and import into Maximo.

Working with Maximo Consultants to improve changes within Maximo, an example to develop an improved service of Maximo.


In addition to the above I undertake a Book Keeping service to a family business using Sage 50.  This service includes book keeping, completion of VAT returns, communication with HMRC and all administration work.
