After completing his Master degree in accountancy, Ruben started as insurance accountant. After two years he redirected his career by following his interests and chose to be SAP HR consultant.

He started his SAP career by attending a 3 month SAP academy in 2011. Next he was involved in several ADP globalview projects where he gained experience as implementation consultant and test coordinator for modules such as Organizational Management, Master Data, Time and Payroll. He had the opportunity to work on several HR projects in an international environment from within the ADP service centre in Prague.

When Ruben started to work for Flexso he was involved in large scale implementation HCM project from A to Z. Next to being involved in several projects Ruben was also able to expand his knowledge by being member of the application management support team. In this team he worked on change requests concerning all domains of the SAP HR system. As SAP certified consultant his strengths are PA, OM, PY and interfaces; and is giving regular trainings to end users.
